Mr. Carr is a thought leader in the area of data and analytics. With over 25 years of data management experience with an expertise in data governance and data privacy, Mr. Carr has a constant focus on continually learning and evolving organizational data architectures. His core skills include data privacy, strategic planning, solution design, data architecture, data integration, and data governance.
Prior to joining CapTech, Mr. Carr’s career included work at McKinsey & Company, Exxon Mobil, Informatica, Northrop Grumman Information Technology, and Serco. He also co-founded a China-based start-up company that operated in Shanghai, China, in the late 1990s. He holds a B.S. in Commerce and an M.S. in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. Mr. Carr serves on several board, most notably the advisory Board for the Center of Business Analytics at the University of Virginia.
